The hotel rooms are quite spacious and cozy, but could use a facelift. My stay was slightly affected by noise from the Bar but nothing unbearable. The accommodations felt a bit outdated considering the price, but they were comfortable overall.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are really big and cozy.
Service
9.0
The service was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The staff even offered to make sandwiches for us, which was very considerate.
Location
8.0
The hotel location was excellent for exploring the city center, but not ideal if you're looking to experience the local shops or music pubs.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were good, though with limited choices. I particularly enjoyed a lovely Spanish omelette prepared by a friendly trainee waitress.
Facilities

The bright conservatory at the front was a delightful spot to sit and relax. The hotel is located right beside the pub, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.

Despite some noise from being above the bar until late at night, the room was bigger and warmer but dated. The service was friendly but required specific requests for amenities like heating. The location was close to town but could be confusing. The dining options were enjoyable but limited. Overall, a mixed experience with both positives and negatives.

Rooms

The hotel is ideally located for my travel needs, being close to the stadium and offering excellent service. The rooms are in need of a revamp but have a modern feel. The staff went above and beyond to rectify any issues, offering me free breakfast to make up for the high price I paid for the room.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms seemed to be recently re-carpeted, giving them a nice modern feel, but are in need of a revamp.
Service

The staff were outstandingly pleasant and very helpful, making my stay memorable.
Location

I had a lovely and comfortable stay at the hotel. The dinner on our first night was very nice and reasonably priced. The rooms were spotless, but being located above the noisy bar that was open until after 1 AM was a downside.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and having dinner there on our first night was very nice and reasonable in price. However, being close to a passageway used by the kitchen staff was a bit inconvenient.
Service
9.0
The service was amazingly professional, pleasant, and very efficient. From the lady who checked us in to the staff serving in the bar and dining area, they were all second to none.
Location
9.0
The location was exactly what we were looking for, just a 15-minute walk from the stadium where we were going for a rugby match. The staff and locals were very friendly and made us feel welcome.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was excellent, especially the dinner the night before. However, the breakfast options were limited, and the quality was equally poor with no juice, fruit, or cereals.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had plenty of parking, helpful and friendly staff, and a large, quiet room with all we needed. The ice cream in the bar area was a nice touch.

The hotel had some small minuses like no A/C and standard personal care products missing, but it was warm which I appreciated. The hotel is located above a noisy bar and was under disrepair.

Rooms
6.0
The room was warm, which was nice, but it was above a noisy bar and needed standard personal care products. It also lacked A/C, but we had a fan.
Service
7.0
The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though they were busy. However, our room was not seen to twice when we returned in the afternoon.
Location
8.0
The location was very good for Thomond Park and the Gaelic Grounds, but a bit of a spin from Limerick city. It was perfect for us being on the bus route between Shannon airport and Limerick city center.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was okay with some room for improvement regarding more cereal choices. However, the homemade soup was delicious.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were under disrepair, but there was a homemade soup available. It was close to the city center but in a very quiet area.
